Return & Refund Policy – FarmFusion Market (FFM)
At FarmFusion Market, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds can be requested.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product may be returned if:
It was damaged during delivery
It is expired or spoiled upon arrival
It does not match the description or order
A wrong item was delivered
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following cannot be returned:
Fresh vegetables
Fresh fruits
Live animals
Perishable food items not reported within 24 hours
Products damaged due to customer handling
3. Return Duration
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
After this period, returns will not be accepted for perishable goods.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed if:
The product is verified as faulty, wrong, or damaged
The seller acknowledges the issue
Refund will be issued through:
Wallet refund
Bank transfer
Replacement of item (based on customer preference)
Refund processing time: 2–5 working days.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable except when:
FFM delivers the wrong item
The product was damaged before delivery
The seller confirms a packaging error
